The Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) performs the more responsible, varied, and complex technical work related to CPHCS Human Resources issues including the full range of complex analyses on varied and difficult personnel issues and tasks related to the expidited hiring of Institution Medical Department (10-day and 1-day Plata hiring) designated classifications, position allocation, and position control. The AGPA must possess a thorough knowledge of the State Civil Service's hiring process and the organizational structure of the Institution and the Institution Medical Department Program and is responsible for effective decision making on a day-to-day basis in the administration of the court-ordered selection services and classification and pay process for Medical Department positions. A detailed duty statement is available on request. *Salaries will be adjusted accordingly to comply with the provisions of the current furlough program. 'Per Governor's Executive Order #S-13-09, issued 07/01/2009, this position is subject to a pay reduction of 13.85% to facilitate the three furlough days named in the order, which is sugject to end on 06/30/2010. The minimum and maximum salaries indicated on this bulletin DO NOT reflect this pay reduction.'
