Job Description: Under direction of the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Administrator: Provide visitation ministry and religious counseling in Acute Care and Skilled Nursing Facility. Celebrate Mass, administer the Sacraments, and conduct other Roman Catholic religious rites as needed by facility residents. Organize and instruct in Roman Catholic religion, ethics, and sacred music. Provide religious counseling for domiciliary residents. Works with residents in their group and club activities. Assist in problems involving welfare agencies where family help is needed. Participate in ecumenical and veteran’s organization programs. Organize and supervise special events, as assigned.
