Job Description: CRC IN NORCO, CA is currently accepting applications for the above position. ALL METHODS OF APPOINTMENT MAY BE CONSIDERED. Per Executive order #S-13-09, issued 7/1/09, this position is subject to pay reduction of 13.85% to facilitate the three furlough days named in the order, which is subject to end on 6/30/2010. The minimum and maximum salaries indicated on this employment inquiry DO NOT reflect this pay reduction. Duties: Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, he/she supervises the Material & Stores Supervisor I in the daily operation of the institutional warehouse. The Material & Stores Supervisor II will consult on the general policies and procedures concerning the support warehouse operations with the Warehouse Manager I. He/she will be responsible for supervising the receipt of commodities, requiring complex storage. He/she will supervise the Material & Stores Supervisor I's in the warehouse. The positions of Material & Stores Supervisor II (Support Warehouse) will supervisor the receipt, storage, issuance and shipping of varied supplies. He/she will supervise Material & Stores Supervisor I's and inmates assigned to warehouse. He/she will train staff in regards to appropriate practices and procedures in operation of the support warehouse. Schedule deliveries of supplies. Complete accountability timecard report and performance periodic audits, complete monthly inmate pay. Prepare stock received reports and maintain accountability logs. Oversee receipts via UPS and maintain tracking logs. Maintain contact correspondence with vendors on-going for open purchase orders. Other duties as required. Additional Information:
