Title: ASSOCIATE INFORMATION SYSTEMS ANALYST (SPECIALIST) |

Job Description: Problem resolution, system maintenance; hardware/software installation and support; network infrastructure; and voice and data communications. Incumbent must be able to work well independently with minimum supervision and be able to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and peers. Knowledge and experience in standard workstation hardware, Microsoft (MS) Windows, MS Office, other standard desktop productivity software and Telecommunications. Configure/install personal computers, printers, network equipment and other peripherals. Maintain Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) phone systems including installation and repair of desk sets and other phone equipment, assist network administrators with basic network functions. Perform routine day-to-day housekeeping tasks required to maintain a safe and clean work area. Provide software and hardware training to customers. Provide backup support to maintain routine backups of onsite and offsite storage tapes. Input service request information into the Track-It Helpdesk system, prepare reports; order supplies and repair parts; assist in other areas; attend in-service training, on the job, and other related training. Attend meetings. Promote and enforce safety rules and regulations, including tool control. Ensure all federal, state and institution rules, policies and regulations regarding sexual harassment are adhered to. Maintain safety consciousness and awareness with special attention to factors such as bending, lifting and twisting, reaching, carrying. Multiple openings. Additional Information:
