Job Description: Under the supervision of the Rehabilitation Supervisor, provide clerical support to assigned case carriers by performing specialized duties related to the vocational rehabilitation services delivery process. Follow written and oral directions. Analyze situations, organize, prioritize, and take appropriate action according to established policies and procedures. Keep supervisor apprised of any identified problems. Perform administrative duties necessary for the operational functioning of the office.
