Job Description: Under the direct direction of an Accounting Officer Supervisor in the Travel unit, this position is in charge of auditing and processing travel expense claims in CalATERS and Calstars, researching and correcting errors, preparing reports, scheduling claims for payment, and working on special projects. Our office is conveniently located off Hwy 50 near Bradshaw Rd with FREE PARKING. We offer a great, positive teamwork environment, and future promotional opportunities. Limited term may become permanent. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: • Ability to communicate effectively • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships • Strong organizational, time management, customer service and teamwork skills• Ability to use courtesy and tact • Computer skills • Analytical skills, Good work habits, good attendance record and positive attitude, ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently, timely and accurately.
