The Supervising Clinical Laboratory Technologist, Correctional Facility is the supervisory level in this series and performs the most difficult technical work. Under general direction, is responsible in planning, developing, coordinating, and supervising the work of a large clinical laboratory for a State correction facility. The Supervising Clinical Laboratory Technologist assigns, directs, and checks the work of laboratory personnel, including technologists and assistants; Performs duties consistent with the Clinical Laboratory Technologist Scope of Practice. A detailed duty statement is available on request. *Salaries will be adjusted accordingly to comply with the provisions of the current furlough programs. “Per Governor's Executive Order #S-13-09, issued 07/01/2009, this position is subject to a pay reduction of 13.85% to facilitate the three furlough days named in the order, which is subject to end on 06/30/2010.
