Job Description: The Fairfield Field Office is seeking an enthusiastic, fast leaner with great customer service skills that enjoys challenge and change. Public contact, which may include driver licensing, vehicle registration and cashiering are duties of this position. Skills to meet this job requirement at entry level are verbal communication, interpersonal skills, learning ability, mathematical and cashiering. Extended office hours will be required. Transfer & Spanish bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. This position is subject to the CPD/CRC Employees Opportunity Program (CEOP). All eligible candidates may apply; however, hiring preference will be given to CEOP applicants. CEOP applicants must submit a State application (STD 678) with a copy of their CEOP Certification Letter attached. Fingerprint/Criminal Record Clearance required before hire. Salary Range shown is the minimum and maximum for a full time appointment. Salaries for part-time and/or intermittent appointments may vary. “This position(s) may be subject to allocation approval by the Human Resource Branch”. A training and development assignment will not be considered. This position will be filled in accordance with Executive Order S-09-08.
