Job Description: The Rehabilitation Supervisor in a Branch Office provides supervision to a unit of Senior Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors (SVRC/QRPs). Duties are as follows; provides counseling staff with assistance on casework problems and manages case services budget, plans, organizes and directs the vocational rehabilitation program; trains staff; establishes and maintains effective community relationships with various local, county and state organizations, both public and private that are involved in the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities; as well as perform support functions which include contract negotiations, client appeals, and assists the RA II in the administration of the Department's missions and goals. Desired Qualifications: Good communication skills and team leadership abilities, organizational and case management skills needed and/or Masters' Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling required in a closely related field.
